About the Chef
Chef Tyler Vorce grew up in southern Maine, where the deep connection between food and place shaped his approach to cooking. His career began at fourteen and led him through kitchens in New York City and Napa Valley, including five years at The French Laundry, where he rose from commis to expediting sous chef.
With Lilli in Las Vegas, Tyler brings a cuisine defined by precision and simplicity - rooted in classical French technique, guided by Mediterranean influence, and grounded in the quality of American ingredients. Each dish reflects his belief of simple,honest food served with intention.
